What is waist training ?


Waist training is the process of wearing a tight item of clothing in order to achieve your desired body shape. Back in the 1800s, women wore corsets to force their waists into a desirable shape. Waist training is based on a similar idea.
Women who waist train will wear a corset for a few hours per day to get started. Then, they’ll gradually tighten that corset, wearing it for up to 18 hours per day – including at the gym.
