Moisturize. Many acne products contain ingredients that dry the skin, so always use a moisturizer that minimizes dryness and skin peeling. Look for "noncomedogenic" on the label, which means it should not cause acne. There are moisturizers made for oily, dry, or combination skin.

Want to Know How to Achieve That Perfect Summer Body?

Summer is less than a month away, so you might want to start thinking about preparing your body for this beloved season. These tips won’t take too much of your time, but they will require some small changes in your everyday routine.

Eat Healthily:
Forget about all those unhealthy foods you’ve been eating during the winter, and say hello to some healthy choices. Switch your sweets, fast food and processed products for some whole foods. Eat more fruits, nuts, and seeds instead, and you will not only lose some weight but also save up some money you can spend on your summer vacation.

Be Hydrated:

If the harsh summer sun doesn’t agree with your skin, then make sure you’re prepared for it by staying well hydrated, both from the outside and from the inside. There are many skin care products on the market today that will hydrate your skin, but nothing comes close to simply drinking loads of water.
Get Bronzed:
If you want to look like a million bucks at the beach and emphasize your toned body, then you might want to consider getting bronzed. It will make your muscles more visible and defined. You can achieve this effect by tracing a line of tanning lotion from your sternum to your belly button and along the obliques.

Start Your Workout With Some Coffee:

If you need your pre-summer workouts to really be effective, you can seek help from your friend coffee! Coffee will give you some extra energy you need to push harder in the gym, but that’s not all. Research shows that coffee can also offer some protection from the harmful effects of the sun. If you want to use the full potential of your pre-workout caffeine fix, make an iced coffee instead of your regular one. This way, the caffeine will kick in just as you hit the hardest part of your workout.

Make Some Changes To Your Routine:

If you usually end the week with some sugary cocktails or a heavy dinner with your friends, it’s time to ditch that routine. Instead, you can hit a different fitness class every week and have just as much fun, if not more. Or if you just can’t say no to Sunday brunches, make sure you have your workout before. This way you will burn some of the calories in advance.

Hit It With HIIT:
If you want to take advantage of those sunny days and do some workouts outside but aren’t a big fan of running, you can always try some HIIT workouts. They are mostly full-body circuit workouts, and you can do them anywhere you want: at the park, in your backyard or at the beach. You will only need some good gym wearsome sunscreen and a bottle of water. HIIT exercises burn a ton of calories and you will also continue to burn some additional calories even hours after you’ve finished your session, because of the big boost to your metabolism.

Ditch The Carbonated Drinks:

If you don’t want to look bloated at the beach, then better say goodbye to those carbonated drinks. Drink more types of tea such as peppermint and chamomile, or make your own dandelion tea that will do wonders for your stomach. Grate some fresh ginger into hot water; add some lemon juice and some dandelion leaf. Strain and drink when lukewarm. This tea will soothe your stomach and prevent bloating. Perfect for the summer!

As you can see, all these tips are very easy and if you stay persistent, you will be the best-looking person at the beach. If you make these little changes and implement some of these tips into your daily routine, you will get your body ready for the summer in no time

Difference between Bikini and Brazilian Waxing

What is a Brazilian wax?

A Brazilian wax is a method of hair removal in the pubic area. This is considered great grooming and it is attractive. Brazilian waxing means al hair is removed from the vulva, perineum, anus, and buttocks. Brazilian waxing is very popular right now and is offered here at Liz Skincare!!!

What is a bikini wax?

A bikini wax is cleaning up the lines of the bathing suit or underwear line. Depending on how you prefer, sometimes some hair is taken off the top and a bit further on the sides. That's the standard bikini waxing also done here at Liz Skincare!!!

Advantages of waxing

  • It lasts longer than shaving because it pulls the hairs from the roots.
  • No cuts that can leave you scars.
  • Shaving can cause rashes.
  • Waxing makes the hair grow back finer and slower.
  • Shaving cause stubbles.
  • Waxing is fast and convenient.

Skin tightening with out surgery

Try Lipocontour Skin tightening with out surgery
  • The treatment area is measured and marked
  • An ultrasound gel is applied to your skin
  • A smooth handpiece is placed on your skin
  • The ultrasound emits small thermal bursts to stimulate the deep structural support layers of the skin without disturbing the skin's surface
Lipocontour treatments focus ultrasonic energy to the dermal layer (the deep layer of your skin). Your skin above the focus point and tissue below the focus point are protected. New collagen growth is stimulated, which gradually lifts and tightens the skin. Multiple treatments may be needed.

Lipocontour Ultrasound Cavitation is a new, revolutionary European fat removal technique that does NOT involve surgery - there is no need for anesthesia, any hospital stay or time off work.

Safest way to get your skin in shape for summer.

Liz Skin Care Miami Manscaping

The different methods of hair removal from the old stand-by, shaving, to waxing.
Hair removal has been practiced for centuries in almost all human cultures.
  • Is it true that shaving unwanted body hair makes it grow back thicker and darker?
  • No. Shaving hair doesn't change its thickness or color. The color, location, thickness and length of hair on your body mainly depend on genetics and hormones. After you shave body hair, it may feel coarse or "stubbly" for a time as it grows out. During this phase, it may be more noticeable — and may appear darker or thicker. But it's not.
Shaving & trimming is most frequently used to remove unwanted hair for temporary hair removal. It is fast, easy, painless, effective, and inexpensive.

Attention First-Timers! The pubic area is sensitive and may take time to adjust to the razor but you will love the results.....safe and quick.  at http://wwwlizskincare.com #hair-removal #skincare
